Rates

+ € 30 per person per day (maximum 8 people) + € 250 for cleaning and air conditioning + tourist tax

General conditions

- tourist tax €1.00 per person per day, applicable for up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights’ stay (children who have not yet reached the age of 12 on the first day of their stay are exempt from paying the tax)

- babies up to 2 years free

- to confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required, to be paid by bank transfer with charges payable by the payer (if booking is made less than 15 days before check-in, the full amount is required)

- balance to be paid by bank transfer 7 days before check-in

- cleaning charges, air-conditioning charges and tourist tax, to be paid in cash on check-in- animals allowed € 60 each one

- in the event of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained (the date of cancellation and the check-in date are not to be included in this calculation)

- for cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival must be paid the full amount

- in the high and high+ season, a minimum stay of 7 days with check-in and check-out on Saturday is required

- check-in is from 4.00 pm and check-out is by 10.00 am
